Our Warriantes
Complete Peace of Mind – Built Into Every Installation. The Concern We Hear Most
The worry we hear most often from homeowners considering underfloor heating is the prospect of a leak beneath the floor. It’s a completely understandable concern – UFH systems are embedded within the floor structure of your home, and any remedial work would be disruptive and costly.
Here’s why that risk is far lower than you might think – and why WarmTraceUFH backs every system with comprehensive guarantees.
No Pipe Joints Beneath Your Floor – Ever
Every system we design uses a single, continuous pipe loop running from the manifold and back. There are zero connections beneath the floor. All joints sit at the manifold, mounted on the wall, where they remain permanently accessible.
This is a fundamental principle of how we design every installation – and it significantly reduces the risk of any sub-floor leak occurring in the first place.
The Highest Quality Pipe, as Standard
The pipe we specify carries a 50-year warranty, backed by 10-year consequential damage insurance. Our multi-layer PERT II pipe combines exceptional thermal stability with total corrosion resistance – built to last the lifetime of your home.
Not all underfloor heating pipe is manufactured to the same standard. We use only the best.
Full Warranty Cover
| Component | Warranty |
|---|---|
| Pipe | 50 years + 10-year consequential damage insurance |
| Electronic package (thermostats, actuators, wiring centres) | 5-year extended warranty |
| Pump pack | 2-year warranty |
| Manifold | 2-year warranty, tested to BISRA industry standards |
Indemnified Design
Our design service is fully indemnified, giving you confidence that your system will deliver the heat outputs your home requires. Every CAD design includes heat output data across different floor covering types as standard, and we incorporate any heat loss calculations you have into the specification.
Our Installation Guarantee
Every WarmTraceUFH installation is completed to an exceptional standard. On completion, you’ll receive your Homeowner’s Handover Pack – a full set of documentation covering your system design, components and operating instructions.
We don’t disappear once the invoice is paid. If you or your trades need technical support during commissioning, when floor coverings are being laid, or once you’re settled in and using the system day to day – we’re available and happy to help. Most queries are resolved over the phone. If a site visit is required, we’ll arrange one.
