Underfloor heating involves three distinct stages, design, supply and installation, and the quality of each one directly affects the performance of the finished system.
When different contractors handle different parts, responsibility becomes fragmented. If a system underperforms, it can be difficult to establish whether the issue lies with the design, the components or the installation. With WarmTraceUFH, that ambiguity doesn’t exist. We’re responsible for all of it – and we stand behind all of it.
The Design StageEvery installation starts with a proper design.
Our system designs are produced using the latest AutoCAD software, fully in accordance with BS EN 1264 — the industry standard for underfloor heating design. Every design is fully indemnified, giving you complete confidence that the system will deliver the heat outputs your property requires.

The Supply StageThe right components, specified correctly.
Every component we supply, pipe, manifolds, thermostats, actuators, pump packs and wiring centres, is chosen to work as a complete, integrated system. We use only high-quality components backed by comprehensive warranties, including a 50-year warranty on our multi-layer composite pipe.
Because we design and install every system ourselves, we know exactly what we’re supplying and why. There are no mismatched components, no substitutions and no question marks over compatibility.
The Installation StageCarried out to an exceptional standard — every time.
Our installations are completed by our own experienced team, working to the specification we’ve designed. We coordinate with your build programme or renovation timeline, arrive on site when agreed, and complete the work cleanly and efficiently.
Throughout the installation we work to the highest standards of workmanship. On completion, every system is pressure tested and checked before we hand over.
Handover and AftercareThe job isn’t finished when the tools are packed away.
On completion of every installation, you receive a full Homeowner’s Handover Pack containing:
Beyond handover, we remain available. If questions arise during commissioning, when floor coverings are being laid, or once you’re using the system day to day – we’re one call away. Most queries are resolved over the phone. If a site visit is needed, we’ll arrange one.
The Process

Submit your plans
Send us your floor plans via our free quote form. The more detail you can share at this stage, the more accurate and detailed your proposal will be.

Review your design
We’ll produce a full CAD system design and quote tailored to your project. We’ll walk you through it, answer any questions and make any adjustments needed until you’re completely happy.

Installation
Once confirmed, we coordinate a start date around your programme. Our team arrives on time, completes the installation to specification, and pressure tests the system before leaving site.

Handover
You receive your full Homeowner’s Handover Pack and the knowledge that your system is covered by our industry-leading warranties.
